• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Ups Supply & Installation Project Project Scope The Proposed UPS solution must meet the technical & functional requirements delineated in this RFP. Successful vendor should initially supply, install and operationalize the following devices based on the requirements mentioned in this RFP.  Dismantling and removal of existing GE 500KVA UPS systems - 2 sets.  Installation of new 500 KVA UPS systems - 2 sets. Duty and standard with paralleling.  Programming, Testing & Commissioning.  Proposal should include 3 years warranty, quarterly maintenance and 24/7 support. Maintenance should include timely software updates and upgrades.  Should include on-site training for end users and administrative teams.  Should include complete system monitoring, alerting and reporting. Requirements The proposed solution(s) must meet the below Technical & Functional requirements and design objectives delineated herein. These features will be part of the scope of work.  500KVA UPS with output isolation transformer on the output of the inverter  Parallel kit suitable for EF models up to 4 units in parallel  Dismantling and removal of existing GE 500KVA UPS systems - 2 sets.  Modification of existing power cooling.  Installation of new 500 KVA UPS systems - 2 sets (latest model)  Programming, Testing & Commissioning.  Proposal should be submitted after the site survey.  Proposal should include 3 years warranty, quarterly maintenance and 24/7 support. Maintenance should include timely software updates and upgrades.  Solution spare parts should be available for at-least 10 years from the date of installation.  Should include on-site training for end users and administrative teams.  Should include complete system monitoring, alerting and reporting. 4. Security and Audit The solution should not cause any security vulnerabilities.
