The Abu Dhabi Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi (DGE) is at a pivotal moment in its journey towards economic diversification and knowledge-based economic development. Central to this transformation is the empowerment of UAE National job seekers, the optimization of talent acquisition by employers, and the alignment of educational outcomes with market needs. Recognizing this, the DGE-Gov Talent Directorate, under the auspices of the Abu Dhabi Government, is mandated to oversee Human Capital Management (HCM) policies, standards, and the strategic utilization of HCM data across all government entities. Despite significant advancements, the Emirate faces challenges in efficiently connecting job seekers and students with meaningful employment and training opportunities. The disparate systems and processes currently in place hinder the seamless exchange of information and resources between job seekers, employers, and training providers.
