• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Typing Centers to handle the transactions for our Srti Park. Introduction We invite proposals from qualified typing centers to handle the transactions for our Srti Park. The following points outline the criteria and requirements for the tender 1. Accreditation - The typing center must have an accredited office authorized to handle transactions for government agencies and departments, 2. Valid License -The typing center must hold a valid license for conducting relevant activities. 3. Approved Accounting System - The typing center must have an approved accounting system in place. 4. Tax Registration - The typing center must be registered with the Tax Authority and possess a valid tax number. 5. Government Transaction Fees - The typing center must have the capability to pay government transaction fees up to an amount of 100,000 dirhams. Reimbursement will be processed after the Srti park receives and reviews the relevant reports and invoices through our finance department 6. Transaction Fee Details - The typing center must provide a clear breakdown of each transaction fee, including: - Printing fees - Government transaction fees 7. Innovation Fee - A fee of 5 dirhams will be deducted from each transaction for the benefit of the Srti Park, designated as innovation fee. 8. Submission of Price Offers - Price offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Srti Park. 9. Competitive Environment - Note that the selected office will not have exclusivity for all government transactions for the SRTI park. A competitive environment will be maintained among several typing centers. Please ensure all required documentation and the sealed price offer are submitted before July 03, 2024
