- The Property and Facility Maintenance Project of the Office Building and Customized Manufacturing Units(PhaseI)of the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone
The Headquarter Building (hereinafter referred to as the Building) of China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone is located in Area A of Khalifa Economic Zone Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), covering an area of 19467.53 SQM and a total construction area of 6, 135.5 SQM (for further information, please refer to Appendix 1); the Customized Manufacturing Units cover an area of 72342.72 SQM, of which phase 1 of the Manufacturing Units (hereinafter referred to as the Units) include #1, #2 Manufacturing Units, ancillary buildings, roads, landscaping, pipeline network, and other ancillary projects, with a total construction area of 28865.24 SQM.
2Chapter 2 Tender Contents The tender organizer (hereinafter referred to as the owner) is calling for bids for the maintenance of Building and Units (hereinafter referred to
as the project) which are properties owned by the owner.
The successful bidder will be fully responsible for the maintenance of Building and Units, including MEP systems, fire protection/civil defence systems, water tanks cleaning, and water quality monitoring related services. (for further details about the project, please refer to Appendix 2) The successful bidder shall submit a property/facility maintenance plan to the owner and obtain all relevant approvals from authorities required for the implementation of this project.
The successful bidder shall bear all unforeseen risks such as all policies and market factors of the project. - Documents :
