The contracting mechanism (price agreement) should be for a period of 3 years to fix the prices of the gifts. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. Separate financial offer approved by stamp and signature 3. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment (Please note that if the commercial\trade license activity does not match the nature of the project, the company will be automatically excluded from the tender) 4. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation, certified by a notary public. 5. A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company, certified by a notary public. 6. ICV Certificate (mandatory) 7. SME Certificate (if available) 7. Documents confirming the percentage of Emiratization in the company, at a rate of not less than 2%.
