A: Performance Security
Note: DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for Performance Security fees at cost, supported by the surety-s invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative and shall not be paid to the Contractor. - 1 Sum
Note: The maximum amount for reimbursement of Performance Security fees shall not exceed the ceiling price, calculated as follows:
