Validity of the bid - the Bid/rate submitted by the Company should be valid for 180 days from the date of opening of opening of bids. 5. Enquiry, if any, may please be sent on the mail to prop. dubai @mea.gov.in. 6. Delivery of the items shall be made within 15 days of receipt of delivery order. 7. Payment will be done within 30 days after 100% delivery and fixing of sever at a designated place (to be decided by Consulate General of India, Dubai) 8. Interested parties may send their bids/quotations in sealed envelopes to the Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, Al Hamriya Diplomatic Enclave by 10.01.2023 till 1700 hrs and the envelope should be superscribed as βSupply of CIS Serverβ. 9. The company should provide Warranty of 5 Years against any manufacturing defects on all the above mentioned items. 10. The bids received would be opened at 1500 hrs on January 11, 2023 by a Committee of Officers. Interested parties are welcome to send a representative for opening of the bids in the office of the Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, Dubai. 11. Any future clarification and/or corrigendum(s) shall be communicated though βTenderβ section on the Consulate-s website https://www.cgidubai.gov.in/ 12. Consulate General of India, Dubai reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all bids at any stage of the bidding process without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
