• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Supply/ installation/Testing & Commissioning of Spare parts for BAS- HVAC, VAV/FCU Controller with BACnet/MSTP DETAILS OF THE WORK 5.1 Replacement of Controllers in Variable Air Volume (Cooling Only) unit assembly: Total 29 each. Scope of work: Contractor shall perform the following at a minimum: 1. Remove the existing VMA Controller and installation of new M4-CVM Controller in the existing VAV Box and terminate the existing field/power/communication cables. 2. Reconnect the existing poly tubes at new M4-CVM Controllers. 3. Remove the existing VAV thermostat and installation NSB8 Temperature sensor assembly on the acrylic or suitable sheet and terminate of existing field cables. 4. Arrange/use Contractor supplied necessary scaffolding/ladder for installation works. 5. Carry out Programming, testing, and commissioning of new installed controllers and thermostat of VAVs. 6. Upgrade the existing BAS database with new VAV datapoints. 7. Update BAS Graphics in the BAS PC that is in the Facility Management Office. 8. Perform Quality check and ensure 100% working of the install. 9. Provide Operator Training and Handover the system. 5.2 Replacement of Control Panels for the existing Fan Coil Units (FCU): Total 45 each. (Each unit must contain the following items). • Control/Monitoring of Fan Start/Stop (Single Speed), • Valve Modulating Signal and Feedback, • Fan Run status via Current switch, • SA Temperature and Space Temperature and Setpoint). Scope of work: Contractor shall perform the following at a minimum: 1. Replace the existing FCU Control Panel with new panel shall be mounted on the existing support. 2. Replace the existing SA Temperature with new one and terminate the existing field cables. 3. Modify the existing 4 Nos of FX FCU enclosure to fit new M4-CGM controller. 4. Remove the existing FCU thermostat, install NSB8 Thermostat sensor on the acrylic sheet, terminate the existing field cables. 5. Arrange/use Contractor supplied necessary scaffolding/ladder for installation works. 6. Carry out Programming, testing, and commissioning of new installed controllers and thermostat for FCUs. 7. Upgrade the existing BAS database with new FCU datapoints. 8. Update BAS Graphics in the BAS PC that is in the Facility Management Office. 9. Perform Quality check and ensure 100% working of the install. 10. Provide Operator Training and Handover the system.
