• Quotation are invited for Supply & Installation of Drop Arm Barrier Equipment. The United States Embassy would like to get quotations for the services of a qualified contractor to supply and install drop arm barrier equipment in the municipal parking area at the U.S. Embassy compound. Interested quoters can submit quotations as per the terms and conditions of the attached RFQ documents. · Cover Letter (PDF 327 KB) · RFQ Document (PDF 919 KB) · Site Visit Access Request Form (PDF 206 KB) Site Visit will be held on March 15, 2021 at 09:00 am (local time) at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Please fill the “Site Visit Registration Form” and send it to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying JohnJM@state.gov on or before 10:00 am on March 14, 2021 in order to arrange for entry into the Embassy. Your quotation must be submitted both physically to the Embassy AND electronically via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov. Pricing and Technical Quotations must be submitted separately.
