- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Various Type of Inverter Technology A/C Units Capacity 1.5TrUp To 7.5 Tr For Different Etihad Water & Electricity Site Of All Areas. (Rate CONTRACT) Fees (Dhs.): 500/- Bid Bond Value (Dhs.): AED 30,000 Tender fee is no-refundable. • Conditions to Participate In a Tender: - The company must be registered In Etihad WE vendors list. In case of the company Is not registered, they must finish the registration process to be able to participate in the tender. The tenderer must be a UAE. national, individual or a company owned by nationals or a company In which (51%) of the share capital Is owned by nationals; Free Zone Company, branch of GCC and Foreign Companies having a local offices in the UAE. - Offers should be accompanied by an unconditional Bid-Bond valid for (180) days from the last date of tender submission as per the above schedule. Tender Bond must be submitted before the date and time of the technical opening, by hand, otherwise the offer will be rejected. It should be enclosed In sealed envelope bearing the Bidder's name. Tender number and Title addressed to: Director of Purchases, Contracts and stores, Etihad Water & Electricity, P.O. Box 1672, Dubai The said Bid-Bond should be Issued by a bank operating In UAE. and under the name of the company who purchased the tender documents. - The offers shall be valid for (180) days from the last date of submission. • Payment channels conditions; Payment shall be through the electronic portal (SRM) after reading and accepting the following condition: The tenderer must, before purchasing the tender, fulfill the conditions of participation and be qualified according to the commercial and professional license to carry out the tender work.
