• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply & Install elevator and Associated Works for D-Block at Al Ain Men-s Campus The scope of work is to carry out the works as per the guide lines below: Civil Works: x Cutting 3 LM from the existing steel handrail to continue the steel slab to fix the elevator. x Demolition of 13 m2 of existing interlocking as per drawings and specifications. x Perform soil test boreholes and reports for the proposed location of the new Elevator as per AAM requirement and obtain approval from relevant authorities. x Supply and install 40 m2 of 60 mm thk. Interlocking tiles included but not limited to concrete kerbstone with all required backfilling, fixation & accessories. x Supply and install of 9 m2 of Granite step & flooring as per drawings & specifications, included but not limited reinforced concrete as per AAM approval. x Supply and install of 3 M2 flamed Granite ramp as per drawings & specifications, included but not limited reinforced concrete as per AAM approval x Excavation including all excavating, earthwork support, soil leveling and compaction, temporary spoil heads, multiple handling to include the excavation of different soil types such as sand, silt, clay and rock to achieve the desired/proposed foundation level and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer approval, included the carte away as per Engineer approval (QTY.13 m3). x Filling of selected materials in layers not exceeding the specified depth; including compaction till the specified compaction factor is achieved, testing and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. (QTY.1m3) x Supply and apply of chemical anti termite soil treatment to all surfaces for foundations, including spraying, injections and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. (QTY.6m2) x Supply and installation of two coats of cold applied waterproofing (SBS bitumen 10% rubber content) to substructure components; including surface preparation, primer, testing, profiling, repairing, protection sheet and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. (QTY.15m2) x Supply and installation of 1000 gauge polythene sheet under concrete blinding including cuttings, overlaps and all associated and necessary works; complete all in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. (QTY.8m2). x Supply and installation of plain cement concrete; grade C25/20 MSRPC; poured on/against earth; including surface treatment, curing, required repairs, casting joints and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and to Engineer's approval. (QTY.1m3). x Supply and installation of reinforced in-situ cement concrete; including surface treatment, curing, required repairs, casting joints and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and to Engineer's approval. x For foundation (QTY.2.5 m3). x For elevator pit (QTY.4 m3). x To Ground Beam (QTY.0.4 m3). x Supply and installation of reinforced cement concrete; including surface treatment, curing, required repairs, casting joints and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. x To beam (QTY.1.5 m3). x To wall (QTY.4.5 m3). x To parapet (QTY.1.8 m3). x Supply and installation of cast in-situ reinforced concrete lintels beams; including formwork, reinforcements, joints, block bearings, infill concrete and all associated and necessary works and accessories; complete in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. x To lintel 20 cm X 20 cm (QTY.0.1 m3). x Supply and installation of poured on in place reinforced in-situ cement concrete; including surface treatment, curing, required repairs, casting joints and all associated and necessary works; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and to Engineer's Approval. x To slab (QTY.1.2 m3). x Supply and installation of pre-insulated block wall including but not limited to accessories, fixation,etc as per drawings and Engineer approval. x Thickness 20 cm (QTY.23 m2). Supply and installation of combo roof system for Elevator roofing as per specifications, drawings and Engineer approval (QTY. 4 m2). x Supply and apply cement plaster including but not limited all fixation and accessories as per specifications and drawings and Engineer approval (QTY. 100 m2). x Supply and apply smooth textured paint for façade as per specifications, Drawings and Engineer approval (QTY. 100 m2). x Supply and install steel ladder for elevator pit as per specifications, drawings and Engineer approval. (QTY. 1 no.). x Supply and install sandwich panel included but not limited to water proofing and thermal insulation with all fixations and accessories for the roof of the area between the Elevator and the building. (QTY. 11.5 m2). x Supply and install steel galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel handrail similar to existing for the landing adjacent elevator and to be connected with the existing landing and handrail in proper way as per Engineer approval (QTY. 3 m2). x Supply and install metal covering expansion joint including all fixation, etc, as per Engineer approval (QTY. 2.4 LM). x Supply and install stainless steel handrail & guardrail with tempered glass panels including but not limited all fixation accessories, Etc. as per drawings, specifications and Engineer approval (QTY. 2.4 LM). Electrical Works x Supply and install of 15 Meters of 4Cx10mm2 CU SC/PVC + 1Cx6mm2 CU SC/PVC (U/G) x Supply and install of 15 Meters of GI Trunking with accessories x Supply and install of one No. Of 40A TPN Isolator (IP65). x 20A SP Isolator (IP65) for AC Unit one No. x Supply and install of 15 Meters of 2Cx6mm2 CU SC/PVC + 1Cx6mm2 CU SC/PVC (Y/G) x Supply and install of 15 Meters of 25 MM GI FLEX. Conduit with accessories Supply & install, testing & commissioning DX- Unit , Capacity 2 TON complete including connection to condensate drain piping, Refrigerant Pipework, connection to the duct work, necessary flexible connections, vibration isolators in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations including final electrical connection, control panel, etc.; all in accordance with the specification for elevator shaft.(QTY.1 No.) x Supply and install of water inlet/outlet including cover and necessary working; complete in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Engineer's approval. x Type: RWO; rain water outlet (QTY. 1 no). x Supply and installation of UPVC pipes including all necessary fittings, accessories, fixing in position complete for below ground as Specified and as shown on Drawings x Waste pipe 50mm dia (QTY. 10 LM). x Elevator x Supply, install, testing and commission the following elevators including all equipment, preparing shop drawings, allow for testing, inspection, training staff and providing 12 months free maintenance from the date of preliminary handing over date. x Passenger elevators (L1) 1000 kg capacity, 1 meter per second speed, 2 stops, 2 openings, all in same line
