- Tenders are invited for Long-Term Price Agreement - Supply, Delivery, and Installation of School Furniture for ADEK Charter Schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Bid Bond Value: AED 50,000 Interested bidders are required to update and complete their registration prior to Thursday 27 July 2023, by visiting the following link: https://adgpg.gov.ae/en/Trading-With-Government/Becoming-a-Registered-Supplier. Bidders can also contact the ADEK Suppliers Management Team via email suppliers@adek.gov.ae or contacting directly at 02 6150 432 - 02 615 0885. Interested bidders shall regularly visit the above-mentioned link, to stay updated on the tender progress before floating it online through the ADERP system. Upon receiving the bidders- confirmation emails, ADEK shall invite only the qualified bidders who expressed their interest to participate in the tender to complete their registration in order to submit their technical and commercial proposals through an online limited tender. The online tender includes instructions for bidders, terms and conditions, detailed scope of work and the BOQ (list of items) Bidders- inquiries, if any, will be addressed by ADEK only during the online tender period, as per the timetable that will be communicated in the ADERP tender documents.
