- Tenders are invited for Sublimation Furnace The Sublimation furnace is meant to purify chemicals such as powder AlF3. The furnace should be accompanied with the vacuum system so that the sublimation process happens. The furnace must have a cooling trap to capture all the harmful gases/acidic gases during the sublimation. A purification of AlF3 via sublimation would require a temperature up 1100 °C. The furnace could be made of a chamber insulated with no classified vacuum fibrous insulating boards in accordance with international standards. The Ceramic LaCro3 heating elements must be disposed around the internal chamber and they are couples to constitute 3 independent hearing zones for the homogeneity of gradient process zone.
