• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Shifting of Health Science Block to Another Block in Fujairah Women Campus. Muhammed Hameed 0565011664 27 Jun-21 11 AM- 1PM Floor / Concrete: • Floor cutting and concreting for concealing new services. • Supply and Install Vinyl Roll of 2 mm thickness (anti-static type) after applying the self levelling compound. Supply and Fix PVC skirting-s. Thermal and Moisture Protection: • Supply and install fire stopping at all new penetrations of fire rated assemblies. • Chalk around all new door frames, as required. Partitions: X‑ray rooms should be of minimum size 4 X 4 Mts and shall comply with all regulations that allows unimpeded access and ease of movement around the equipment, the patient table and the operator-s console. All partitions shall be will lead wall as per standard specification of X-ray rooms and comply with all regulatory requirements. Doors and Windows: • Supply & Install new door with all accessories for X-ray room as per the standard FANR specifications. • Supply & Install windows for observation & Control room as per standard requirement. Finishes: • Supply and install false ceiling as per standards for X -ray rooms. • Apply one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint to the desired color to all new and existing wall surfaces within the work area. Mechanical: • Supply & Install new 2.5 T split AC unit with all accessories, support for outdoor unit and trunking for all refrigerant piping including testing & commissioning. • Close the existing AC ducts supply/return to the proposed X-ray room. • Re-arrange the existing ducts for supply & Installation as per the proposed layout. Electrical: • Remove all existing trunking and wall sockets and hand over to facilities as required. • Supply and install new electrical services, reinstate existing data/voice services in 3 compartment trunking with all inter connecting conduit, duct work, boxes etc. as specified in the electrical drawing. • Supply and Fix LED Panel lights as per lighting layout. • Emergency off/on button for the X -ray equipment. SHIFTING PROCESS: • Dismantle the X-Ray Lab equipment-s, Main Electrical Isolators, Cables from Block E and Install in the new location. • Testing, commissioning, technical reports, authority approvals and final certifications by competent and authorized expert from this field of operation. 2A.2 Mammogram Room (Room No. 034) • Remove the floor carpets and scrub the floor properly. • Supply and Install Vinyl Roll of 2 mm thickness (anti-static type) after applying the self levelling compound. • Supply and Fix PVC skirting-s along the wall edges. • Supply/shift Fire extinguishers as required as per the drawings. • Supply and Fix LED Panel lights and Occupancy Sensors. • Supply and Fix new Distribution Board as per the electrical drawings. • Supply and Fix Power sockets including conduits, boxes and wiring with 3 compartment trunking as per the electrical drawing. • Reinstate all the data/voice points as existing. • Supply and Fix new Emergency Light. Simulation Control Room- Room No. 032 • Make a new Gypsum partition inside the Room 032 upto the height of 1 Mtr. • Remove the “One way Mission mirror” from Block E and Fix in this new location. • Make the necessary cut out in the adjacent rooms for fixing this one way vision mirror. • Remove the floor carpets and scrub the floor properly. • Supply and Install Vinyl Roll of 2 mm thickness after applying the self levelling compound. • Supply and Fix PVC skirting-s along the wall edges. • Supply/shift Fire extinguishers as required as per the drawings. • Supply and Fix LED Panel lights and the Halogen spot lights with dimmer control. • Supply and Fix new Distribution Board. • Supply and Fix Power sockets including conduits, boxes and wiring. • Supply and Fix new Emergency Light
