• Description:
• Sale of Scrap Paper. A bank guarantee: Dhs 150,000 1 The categories of scrap paper are as folows: • Newspaper returns • Magazine returns • Slab waste and reel ends • Paper cuttings / bales 1 , The Contractor should provide a waste skip and necessary labourers to handle and remove the material's. 1 The Contractor shal make his own arrangements to lift and transport the materials from Al Nisr Publishing LLC premises, on i daily basis The material/* should be lifted at regular frequency to ensure that there is no accumulation at the premises 4 The Contractor shal provide a bank guarantee at a value of Dhs 150.000V-, drawn to a UAb bank. This guarantee should be valid for a period of 14 months from the commencement of die contract s , The weighing of material's will be conducted at AI Nisr Publishing LLC and the weight decbred w»l be taken as final for Ming purposes. ь. AI Nisr Publishing LLC shall raise a monthly invoice to die Contractor, who shal effect payment within 7 days by way of a current dated cheque 7 The contract shal be valid for a period of one year commencing on 1st February 2022 AI Nisr Publishing LLC reserves the right to increase the rates In July 2022 should the market price of paper increase by more than 10*
