The National Manpower Empowerment Sector has submitted a request for the committee's approval to launch a public tender related to the design and management of the operational processes of the Mawaheb Center, which is responsible for empowering and employing job seekers from the national workforce, in a way that contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of government talents. The project includes the consulting firm managing and operating Mawaheb's operations in light of the leadership's directions, and providing the necessary resources to provide the center's services in accordance with best practices and in line with the operational model of the national workforce empowerment sector. In addition to ensuring the full transfer of knowledge, qualified human resources and systems by the end of the project, which contributes to achieving the strategic goal of the transformation phase towards self-management of Mawaheb Center.
