• Department of Government Enablement is seeking to onboard a Survey Management platform aims to streamline the creation, distribution, analysis, and storage of surveys across various Abu Dhabi Government Entities (ADGEs). The survey platform encompasses the end-to-end lifecycle of survey management for Abu Dhabi government entities, facilitating the seamless creation, distribution, analysis, and archival of survey data. This initiative will involve the configuration and deployment of a centralized, secure platform that enables diverse departments and agencies to design custom surveys, distribute them across various channels, and collect responses efficiently. The platform must integrate with existing government systems for data interoperability, adhere to data privacy and compliance regulations, and provide robust analytics for generating actionable insights. The platform must include user training, technical support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure consistent performance and adoption across all participating entities.
