Description:
The Business Excellence Department intends to take advantage of the services of a consulting company to make a questionnaire concerned with the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure, so that the scope of business includes measuring the satisfaction of partners, suppliers, and government agencies and does not include the center's employees due to its implementation by the Government Empowerment Department. The service includes the design and preparation of questionnaire questions, implementation of the measurement process, submitting a report with the results and improvement opportunities for senior management The Study Will Include All Stakeholders who are Directly Inviedd with AdPIC, Excel for Internal Employees. Exercted Outcomes The Project Aims to Achieve The Following Objectives: • Identify and Assess Stakeholders -Needs, Expectations, and Overall Experience with ADPIC. • Measure Stakeholder Satisfance Levels Based on their Interacts with AdPIC. • Analyse Survey Results to Identify Strengths and Areas for Improvingment. • Develop Actionable Recomments and IMPROVEMEMENT PLANS BASED On FINDINGS.
