Objective: To provide specialized emergency response training to enhance preparedness, response capabilities, and coordination among personnel working within the Center of Emergency Preparedness and Response. 2. Scope of Services The supplier shall develop and deliver specialized emergency training courses, including but not limited to: • Incident Command System (ICS). • Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Operations. • Disaster Preparedness and Management. • Exercises Preparation, Conduct and Evaluation. • Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Response. • Hazmat Awareness and Operations. • Disaster Behavioral Health and Crisis Intervention. • CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive) Awareness. 3.
