Description:
The scope of the work shall include the following in detail. 1. The Vendor shall provide Annual subscription and service maintenance support for the Nutanix BOQ mentioned in Annex-1. 2. Vendor shall provide the required support for advanced technical queries and configuration. 3. The vendor shall provide 24x7 technical support and adhere to DOH SLA in Annex-2 4. The Vendor shall provide Local Support as per the scope defined in Annexure- 3 5. Vendor to perform Proactive quarterly health check
