The goal is to collect real-time data from international visitors to Abu Dhabi, replacing traditional face-to-face interviews. This survey aims to gather insights on visitor profiles, their journey throughout the destination, their impressions, satisfaction levels, and likelihood of recommending Abu Dhabi. As part of our continuous efforts to improve visitor experience and promote Abu Dhabi as a premier travel destination, we recognize the importance of understanding our audience-s needs and perceptions. Our current face-to-face interview method has limitations regarding data collection speed and breadth. Thus, we aim to test a robust digital survey solution that can effectively capture visitor feedback in real time
