Description:
This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, implement and support a comprehensive pest control management platform as a replacement to the current implemented solution. One that extends beyond traditional request fulfilment, job management and scheduling, for municipal pest control. By incorporating new technologies holistically and improving communication and information with external entities, as well as leveraging advanced technologies, the platform will provide stakeholders with data-driven insights, IoT hardware, automated monitoring, precision application, and remote sensing. The goal is to enable a streamlined platform that meets all the requirements and aligns with public health objectives. This document is intended to allow Bidders to understand the scope of work and to submit technical and commercial proposals covering the scope of work outlined. This RFQ scope involves: • Development of end-to-end integrated solution • Migration from current solution • Solution deployment in 6 months • Infrastructure and application hosted on DoH Private Tenant within the Azure UAE Sovereign Cloud
