• Description:
• The Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) is looking to outsource its IT Network operations and operational functions to a managed service provider. This move aims to help DCT focus on its digital transformation and enhance tourism and culture services in Abu Dhabi. They need a provider experienced in supporting both daily operations and making improvements to their technology services, including the service desk, infrastructure, and application support. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), DCT seeks a managed service provider (MSP) who can deliver efficient IT support services, infrastructure and application enhancements related to overall network function, and development with high quality. The goal is to improve employee engagement and productivity, increase automation, and reduce costs while enhancing overall Technology service delivery.
