Description:
The objective of this project is to transform the eservices performed by DoH into a Licensing & Permitting Digital Platform through a project duration of 18 months. This solution is expected to be an eservices TAMM-based solution (web and mobile) that would replace the current system at DoH, introducing an interactive communication channel for the various stakeholders. The project is expected to migrate the complete history and existing data into the proposed solution with a proper plan and strategy as detailed in the subsequent sections of this document. The project aims to: • Configuring enterprise-grade platform to streamline and automate the licensing and permitting processes for healthcare facilities, professionals, and other relevant entities • Implementing advanced integration capabilities for seamless connection with external and internal systems as highlighted in the project scope section • Utilizing cloud-based solutions to ensure scalability, security, and agility. • Enabling robust data management, reporting, and analytics capabilities. • Support DoH future vision to expand the platform capabilities through introducing AI & ML capabilities.
