- The Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) requires an Independent Claims Consultant to provide claims management support services in connection with its Capital Projects Dept. The services include the following (but not limited to): 1. Assessment of main contractor-s extension of time requests, disruption, acceleration and associated cost claims submitted against DCT under Capital Projects Dept. and establish any entitlement and evaluate impact of the same on the Project programme and contract price. 2. Identification and carrying out independent, comprehensive forensic analysis of all the delays on the Project 3. Submission of quantum assessment reports detailing evaluation, associated risks, recommended schedule extensions and potential settlement of the claims with the main contractors. The reports shall include defense strategies to counter or mitigate claims.
