• Description:
• To encourage and ensure the application of the recommended Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and the retrofitting plans for hotel properties, we aim to host an Hotel Retrofit Seminar on 12th of June, in which we invite hotels and key players from the energy/sustainability industry. • Corporate Event (hosted by DCT) - half-day event • Venue: TBC (F&B to be provided by Venue) • Expected attendees: 250-300 • Targeted attendees: stakeholders such as hotels, ESCO companies, green financing banks, etc. • Time: doors open at 8:30am, session starts at 9:30am to 1:30pm (approx. total event hours = 5 hours). • Tech support: LED screen, speakers, microphone, etc. (for a presentation) and also a team to support with tech stuff. • Communication support: registration system (online and on site), email invites, SMS reminders, microphones and related equipment. • Branding: general event branding such as wayfinding, desk, boards, lanyards and Invitation templates (recommend sustainable options to avoid plastic waste). • Support with gaining event permit, registration permit, speaker permits (15-20 speakers will be selected by DCT team). • Add 5 simple exhibitor booth tables (displays, branding, e...
