Description:
The requirement is to engage a production house to oversee the end-to-end production of our destination campaigns for Abu Dhabi. The selected production house will be expected to oversee all production elements including but not limited to, planning, pre-production, casting, permits, logistics and post-production, as well as sourcing and hiring the director, professional photographer, DOP, music composer, choreographer, and any other activities necessary to deliver the campaign as per the production brief. Detailed scope of work is below. The selected production house will have to work closely with Department of Culture and Tourism-s contracted agencies to ensure that the campaign is delivered within brand guidelines and set timelines as set in contract. DCT requires multiple types of productions to support campaigns such as regional, international, docuseries, market specific, cultural, song based, social first content and celebrity. The itemized list attached to this RFP will be used for commercial comparison between the bidding vendors as they will be considered as the rate card costs for production.
