- 1. Vendor shall provide Comprehensive maintenance services for all related software & hardware for the BOQ mentioned in Annex-1. 2. The vendor shall provide local support for any items that cannot be renewed with the principal manufacturer. 3. Vendor should repair / fix any malfunctioning components and restore them to operational condition. 4. Vendors should provide prompt response and resolution of any incidents or failures with detailed incident reports and root cause analysis for all major incidents. 5. In case of any part failure the vendor should replace the parts at no extra cost. 6. The vendor shall provide 24x7 technical support. 7. Vendor to perform Proactive half-yearly health check
