- The Department seeks to appoint a Lead Consultant for all the packages of the Design and construction of Road and Infrastructure works in Zayed City Project located at Zayed City in the Abu Dhabi. Zayed City development (previously known as Capital District) which is a key project of Plan Abu Dhabi 2030, a monumental planning initiative envisaged by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to guide and promote the ongoing evolution of Abu Dhabi as a global capital city. Forming approximately 4,400 hectares (of land usage), it will provide substantial and diverse community amenities, open spaces and transportation choices to serve the local population. The overall Zayed City Project comprises of multiple packages, whose Roads and Infrastructure are currently at various stages of development.
