• DMT-RFP-25-136 Rehabilitation Project of Community Wedding Hall (Al Mushrif, Al Shahama and Al Wathba) The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking the services of a capable and experienced Contractor with reputable experience to undertake the construction works for 3 wedding halls across Abu Dhabi City. The project is for the Rehabilitation of Community Wedding Halls (Al Mushrif, Al Shahama and Al Wathba. The mentioned wedding hall buildings have exceeded their expected lifespan of thirty years and complete rehabilitation of the structures is to be implemented. The Vision of the rehabilitation is to restore and enhance the building-s structural stability and architectural condition as well as ensuring their services- capacity to their utmost capability. The Scope of Works includes the Rehabilitation, Modification & Restoration Works of Wedding Halls and their External Areas, shall be, but not limited to the following scopes: • Civil and Architectural Works • Water Supply System • Drainage System • Heat, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Works • Telephone System • Fire Fighting Works • Fire Alam System • Electrical Works Building and Facility Construction ...
