The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking the services of a capable and experienced Contractor to undertake the construction works for the Development works for the area surrounding the residential complex of H.H Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan in MBZ, and the construction of external parking for plot (16), sector (43) Project, in Mussafah Industrial Area. (as shown in Figure 1 & 2). Project (Establish His Highness Hazza Bin Zayed's complex Landscape) covers the construction of street landscape, roads, and infrastructure services (wet and dry utilities) will comprise of, but not limited to what is listed in Scope of Work.
