- The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking the services of capable and experienced Consultant to carryout Supervision and Independent Cost Consultant for Cycle Track Construction Packages 2,3 & 4. Three construction packages cover approximately 55km of cycle track, including necessary other works (hard and soft landscape, lighting, irrigation works, etc.). The Supervision Consultant services that will be included within the scope of services are as follows: • Design Review and Construction Supervision • Cost Consultancy (provided by an Independent Cost Consultant) • Other post-contract services - Change management support & Construction claims management, etc..
