The Al Zahiyah Marine Area Development is a strategic urban regeneration project aimed at transforming an underutilized waterfront zone in Abu Dhabi into a vibrant, accessible, and high-quality public realm. The project will serve as a key recreational, commercial, and cultural node within the city, aligned with Abu Dhabi's wider 2030 Vision and urban sustainability goals. This mixed-use urban development includes the design and construction of a new public waterfront, featuring parks, promenades, landmark pier infrastructure, retail and F&B zones, as well as landscaped public spaces, pedestrian networks, and utility infrastructure.
