- DMT-RFP-25-069 - Construction of new Wedding Hall in Mugheira, Mirfa - Main Contractor (Design and Build) The objective of this tender is to appoint a contractor for the design and construction of a new multipurpose hall to serve the local community in Mirfa City, in full conformance with best local and international practice taking into consideration most stringent hygiene practices. Scope shall include all supportive works such as access roads and parking, street lighting, storm water, NOC's, obtaining needed agencies and authorities' approvals, as well as constructability and associated works to complete the work and the handing over. The contractor will design and construct the needed scope as detailed in concept design drawings and specifications, and will obtain all necessary approvals from the employer/engineer and all concerned authorities as well, supply all labour, materials, temporary works, plant, machinery, equipment, parts, tools, supplies, transportation, utilities, construction facilities, incidentals, and lzogistic support necessary to complete the scope of work as needed.
