Project Title Upgrade and development of the rainwater drainage network in Riyadh City Package Phase 1 - Network Resilience Upgrade (Main Contractor) The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking the services of a capable and experienced contractor to undertake the Phase 1 - Network Resilience Upgrade for the upgrade and development of the rainwater drainage network in Riyadh City project - as shown in Figure 1. The scope of services for the Riyadh City network rehabilitation is divided into three distinct phases: • Phase A - Network Cleaning • Phase B - Network Management • Phase C - Flood Mitigation This scope of the project is within the designated contract boundaries including Riyadh City North and Riyadh City South as shown in the figure below. All assets of Riyadh City North have been handed over from Aldar to ADM/DMT. Riyadh City South Phase 1 has been handed over and other Riyadh South areas currently remain with Aldar.
