DMT-RFP-25-023 - Supervision Consultant - Rehabilitation of Baniyas Park Scope of Services The successful Tenderer (hereinafter referred as Consultant) is to perform the Construction Supervision and Cost Consultancy services for the project as identified within this document to the extent as described by this scope of services. The Employer will separately engage with other parties involved in the projects and the Consultant-s scope will be limited to Design review, Construction Supervision and Cost Consultancy services. Further details of the other parties which the Employer will engage with are included in this section. The Consultant will be responsible for the overall proactive management of the Project, including all coordination and interfacing with the various stakeholders, Early Works and third parties and monitoring the performance of any party contracted to the Employer. The Consultant shall serve as an integral part of the Employer-s team and receive directions from the Employer, attend weekly, monthly and ad hoc meetings and workshops when invited, giving comments and advice to contribute towards the overall success of the Project.
