Description:
DMT-RFP-25-008 - Bus Station 10 - Mezyad Mall (Construction Phase) The scope of work includes all proposed works located inside the plot limit and outside the plot limit as indicated on the drawings, including the following components: a. The Bus Station Main Building. b. The Electrical Service Block. c. Drivers Block. d. The Guard House. e. External works inside and outside the plot limit (as indicated on the drawings) including the Bus Stands, Bus Layover Bays, Bus Circulation, Car Circulation and Parking, Hard Landscape works, Soft Landscape Works, Pedestrian Circulation, Boundary Wall, Gates and Barriers, Cycle Racks, infrastructure works, and all other required works for the successful delivery of the Project. All works shall be constructed following the most up to date Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) Technical Specifications, Standard Drawings, and all other relevant stakeholders- standards.
