- Qasr Al Hosn Revitalisation W6 - Phase 1 - Construction Package 1: Elevated Garden, Villa Redevelopment and Visitor Pavilion The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking through this tender. the services of a capable and experienced Contractor with reputable implementation experience for the Construction of Elevated Garden, Villa Redevelopment and Visitor Pavilion at Basin W6 in Abu Dhabi City Centre, next to the recently renovated Qasr Al Hosn. The Contractor shall be responsible for the implementation of the below scope of works. The Scope of Works include the following: a) Construction of an elevated garden with car parking to the ground floor and community buildings and sports facilities at ground level. b) Construction of 1 No. visitor/information pavilion. c) Redevelopment and change of use of 38 No. existing villas into food and beverage and retail uses.
