- • Design and implement intelligent irrigation systems to Adopt sustainable landscaping practices that maintain lush and thriving environments with minimal water consumption. • Execute a saving model by sharing the saved cost with the vendor(s), as per the baseline mentioned in item 2.5 below. • Identify shortages and provide recommendations for optimizing irrigation performance. • Deploy smart irrigation and/or soil enhancement technologies, such as moisture sensors, automated controllers, and real-time monitoring systems. • Reduce non-essential water usage while maintaining landscape health. • Develop a reporting framework to document water savings and environmental benefits. • Integrate the upgraded irrigation system with GIS mapping for enhanced operational efficiency. • Control the irrigation manpower by implementing smart technology/software to make irrigation decisions.
