Description:
This project aims to develop a comprehensive Clinical Performance Matrix to assess and enhance the quality of maternal and neonatal services across various levels of care in Abu Dhabi. The initiative is aligned with the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi-s (DOH) strategic objectives to improve the healthcare delivery for women and children. The matrix will incorporate clinical effectiveness, operational performance, patient safety, and patient satisfaction scores, allowing for the identification of gaps and areas for improvement at each facility level. The project will include a review of existing performance indicators, the introduction of new, tailored benchmarks, and the development of a continuous monitoring system to ensure long-term improvement. The matrix will enable DOH to drive targeted interventions, optimize service delivery, and foster sustainable improvements in maternal and neonatal health outcomes
