• Description:
• The Department of Community Development (DCD) in Abu Dhabi invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the planning, development, production, distribution, and management of a high-quality podcast series. This initiative aims to create a credible and engaging platform that promotes awareness of key societal issues in alignment with DCD's mission and drives positive behavioral change across the Abu Dhabi community. The podcast will be owned by DCD but positioned as an independent platform to maximize social impact and community engagement. It will maintain a narrative tone that reflects lived experiences, diverse voices, and people-first storytelling, while indirectly reflecting DCD's core values and strategic themes. Objectives • Launch a high-quality, independent podcast series inspired by DCD's mission. • Promote societal awareness through compelling, issue-driven storytelling. • Engage the public with accessible and inspiring conversations. • Support social behaviour change through dialogue, education, and emotional resonance. • Focus on DCD's priority topics including family wellbeing, youth, inclusion, social cohesion, caregiving, and quality of life.
