• The Department of Community Development (DCD) is an Abu Dhabi government entity engaged in community development. The organization is steadily growing and relies heavily on the IT infrastructure to enable growth and operationalize efficiencies. After the successful implementation of Wyakom 2.0 and 3.0, and currently planning for Wyakom 4.0, the Social Innovation Division at DCD requires the onboarding of a vendor and procurement of an innovation management system to implement the next phase of Wyakom.
