- Data Safety and Monitory Board (DSMB) is an essential component of clinical trials and is required for majority of the complex clinical trials. The DSMB (called DMC in EU), can help in stopping the trial early based on the interim results or vice versa. Through this service there will be two mainelements: (1) Clinical Trials safety reports review and evaluation, and (2) The vendor is expected to establish a DoH DSMB guideline document by the 5 experts who have experience in the same field. The vendor will be responsible for engaging Partners and Stakeholders (Collaborating with healthcarefacilities, scientific companies, and academic institutes) to gather their input and develop effective tools. The vendor will provide detailed Action Plan through creating an implementation plan that outline expected outcomes, timelines, and requiredresources.
