- Scope of Work (SOW) 1. Contract Submission: Contracts will be shared with us via email for review by the third-party provider. 2. Initial Assessment: The third-party company will conduct an initial assessment to prioritize contracts based on risk factors and recommend the most suitable insurance coverage for each contract. 3. Supplier Meeting (if required): If necessary, a virtual or in-person meeting will be scheduled with the supplier and principal to clarify insurance requirements and address any queries. 4. Recommendation: The third-party company will provide recommendations to DCT, ensuring that suppliers/vendors have adequate insurance coverage for their respective scope of work, with the primary objective of protecting DCT-s overall interests.
