- PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT: - Scope Brief: The primary objective of the Project is to deliver accurate and reliable “real-time” monitoring data for air quality, noise, and meteorological conditions at a high capture rate to support Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi-s (EAD) environmental programs. To achieve the objective, EAD is looking at the following 2 options to deliver the requirements. Option 1: Operation and Maintenance of the current EAD-s Monitoring Network The scope under this option involves the comprehensive operation and maintenance of the current EAD-s Air Quality, Noise, and Meteorological Monitoring Network including: • Development of a robust air quality data management and dissemination system to support EAD-s environmental regulatory compliance and emergency response efforts. • Rapid detection of ground-level concentrations of key air pollutants that pose significant risks to public health and the well-being of residents in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. • Accurate identification of pollution sources and the implementation of targeted mitigation strategies in line with EAD-s regulatory compliance program, aimed at minimizing impacts. • Tracking long-term air pollution tr...
