Quotation are invited for Renewal of IT Email Signature DMT is looking for renewing an existing Enterprise email signature solution (Crossware) with the following characteristics: • A hybrid email signature solution for both Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises users, with total number of 11,000 users distributed in 5 domains and 5 Microsoft tenants, of which, 10,000 users are on Exchange online and 1,000 users are on-premises, as per the below BoQ table. • The email signature solution supports Arabic attributes and is integrated with Active Directory. • Centralized email signature editor and professional template editing must be included throughout the support window. • The solution partner must be locally present in the UAE and certified on Microsoft and the proposed email signature solution. • The solution provider must provide local references to similar projects in the UAE, preferably federal or local government references. • The solution provider must propose a managed services and support agreement with a well-defined SLA. • License and support contract for 3 years. • Partner and vendor support is required.
