Description:
Tenders are invited for Rehabilitating Veterinary Clinics Affiliated with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment in Different Regions of the Country - Kalba / Sharjah. Closing Date: 21/02/2024 Statement of work required: The required work is to establish a veterinary clinic in the Kalba area, on plot No. 11 in the Emirate of Sharjah. The works consist of: - 1- The main building, with all its departments and spaces, consists of a reception, a waiting hall, an administrative office, an operating room, a pharmacy, stores, a doctor-s room, a doctor-s equipment room, a sample laboratory, and a prayer room. 2- Services and guard buildings 3- External works for the public site, fences, gates, and civil parking areas. 4- (Reserve amounts) Provisional Sum including delivery fees for all services, external entrance barriers, BMS work, Revit, IES, Pantry equipments, and what is necessary to connect the project to the external road. 5- The contractor must fulfill the requirements of the local authorities and fulfill all plans and documents or any additional approvals or requirements that are applied through current or new systems, including systems for implementing sustainability standards applied by the municipality to issue a project license. The contractor is not entitled to any additional financial or time claims to complete the project. These works (architectural - civil - electrical - mechanical... etc.) if necessary.
