• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Private Security Service for Halfaya Main Base Camp. Fee $100.00 (NET - Bank charges to be paid by Bidder) Bidder must mention the tender number and title in the bank payment receipt, any receipt without the tender number and title will not be accepted Scope of Work The primary tasks will be to provide: • Armed guards at fixed point locations in the PetroChina Halfaya basecamp, CPF1 and airport included. • Armed guards at Watchtowers around of PCH basecamp and CPF1 perimeter • One dedicated and one on-call PSD for business related and rotational journeys within the oilfield area and any Basra related tasks, with possible enrolment of an additional B6 vehicle. • K9 Units (EDD) x 4 at 4 (Four) fixed points in PetroChina Halfaya Base Camp • Trained staff to man an operations room and control movement throughout the field. • Mobile QRF • Guards for internal patrols and visitor escorts • Guards for other locations within oilfield which required by Company. • Provision of a written daily intelligence brief focusing on Missan Province, but including the rest of Iraq. • Total post of Arabic Guard and supervisors are listed below with 2 options that shall be determined by MOC-s approval.
