UAE Address: OUD METHA ROAD, AL WASL BRANCH , DUBAI UAE Swift Code: CITIAEAD Issue Date 10/03/2022 08:00 Bid Closing Date 23/04/2022 14:00 The Scope of Work shall cover in brief as follows, but is not limited to: • Supervising the detailed engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities including QA/QC and HSE. • PMC personnel shall be based primarily at Halfaya site for construction supervision. Additionally works, including management and engineering, may also be conducted in other international locations. Therefore multiple specific rates, as detailed in the tender documents, shall be included for the following locations: Middle East, Asia and Western Countries. • To Supervise and assist PetroChina in managing all the interface engineering and construction activities with existing facilities for all the upgrade and improvement related projects. • Under PetroChina-s authorization, conducting overall management of engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning of all projects and related facilities, including overall planning and progress monitoring, preparation of reports, quality assurance and quality control, HSE, pre-commissioning checks and commissioning assistance, warranty, project closeout, final acceptance and facility handover. • Assisting PetroChina in the overall coordination for vendor representative presence/assistance during commissioning activities of critical equipment at site. • The PMC services shall be available to cover PetroChina F&C (Facilities & Construction) projects in the coming 4 years.
