• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of OA System Upgrading and Maintenance Service for Petrochina and Moc Scope of Work Based on the preliminary investigation and feasibility study, the scope of work is proposed as below: • Provision of full sets of OA management system including licenses with four-year manufacturer support including Production and Development environment licenses, in addition, on-line editing and handwriting software licenses are included. • Provision of hardware on handwriting signature pads for on-line sign-off. • Provision of deployment, implementation, commissioning and training / knowledge transfer services for MOC (In terms of Organization Scope of MOC is defined to Halfaya Division, JMC Division and DG office) • Provision of upgrading on PetroChina Halfaya-s OA system with refactoring and enhancement and collaboration with MOC letter management procedures. • Provision of 3 years maintenance and support service after the Go-Live and Preliminary Acceptance.
